Dividend strategies – value and growth
A dividend strategy should offer far more than a news selection of the highest dividend yields.
Our dividend strategy seeks out companies able to pursue a "healthy" dividend
policy without jeopardizing their organic and acquisition-based growth as well
as their own competitive position.
With the help of an extensive database, our the buy-side research first identifies companies that pay out a
certain minimum dividend (2.5 % or more). In addition, the following
co-parameters are also considered: historical dividend trend (issue of dividend
stability/continuity), quality of the company's cash flow, balance sheet and
equity, and its competitive position.
The dividend strategy is implemented using different company sizes. A value
strategy, for example, is mapped out using investments in Eurozone blue chips.
On the other hand, a growth strategy uses small-cap and mid-cap companies, which
often operate in their sector niches as "hidden champions".
